Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. 1. Distance and fare is approximate between the two locations, actual will be calculated from pickup & drop point.
2. 2. We book the cab/taxi after taking advance amount of 500/-. This will be adjusted in the fare.
3. 3. Discount is applicable on base fare, discount is not applicable on toll, extra km running, parking, night charges etc.
4. 4. If the booked cab/taxi is not available, we provide the similar type of cab.
5. 5. Extra charges like toll, parking, night charges you can pay to driver or direct to us.
6. 6. Advance booking amount 500/- is not refundable in any case, if you cancel your cab/taxi.
7. 7. Mileage and destination will be charged from garage to garage.
8. 8. All toll, tax, and other interstate taxes will be charged extra as per actual.
9. 9. Outstation trip would be charged minimum 250 km per day.
10. 10. Guide and mineral water will be provided on request with additional cost.
11. 11. Rates are subject to change with hike in Petrol/ Diesel/ Interstate Taxes.
12. 12. Night Charges will be applicable only after 11:00pm to 05:00am..
13. 13. Rates are valid till 31st March, 2023.
